Planetarius: innovative winery
"Planetarius" is a new winery idea for the processing of red and white grapes, designed for those who want to produce highest quality wines, save time and reduce costs, make experiments for research and development of new types of exclusive wines, following the strictest rules of optimization and savings and the strictest food and ecological standards.
The project includes the study of territory and soil, vines and their treatment.
In terms of construction, the building is divided into three floors, each of which houses one of the processing areas: grape selection room, fermentation room and pressing room.
The structure has been designed on three levels to take full advantage of the principle of gravity and avoid the use of pumps and connected accessories.
