"Excellentia" is an innovative winery project to produce highest quality red wines, with the primary aim of reducing or even eliminate the use of chemicals and allowing to perform most part of the processes in a natural way through the use of modern and cutting-edge technologies that allow to enhance and exploit the qualities of grapes.
Some of the technologies used are:
